Description: Rare Victorian wicker photographers bench. Very elaborate
pieces like this were used in the late 1800's by photographers as a prop for
portraits. You might oftentimes see old family photos with great grandma
sitting in one of these. This one has a fabulous design with a multitude of
curlicues, a woven seat and arm, a fancy hand caned pattern in the back and
a stick and beehive design under the seat and arm. Some of the curlicues
are missing and some wrapping has been replaced. A very decorative and
collectable piece of wicker!
