Description: Fabulous Victorian silver plated cold water or lemonade urn.
I love the polar bear heads on each side - a real unique design! There are
rosewood handles on the spigot and a fancy etched motif around the
circumference. The base is marked U.S.A. and patented 1868. The interior
is porcelain lined although some of the porcelain on the base has chipped away
(see photo). An impressive piece of Victorian silver plate!
