Description: Great Renaissance Revival walnut Victorian console table
attributed to Daniel Pabst, Philadelphia. This piece has a detail carved
curved edge around the solid top. There are three small professionally
plugged holes on the right side of the top where someone inserted screws to
hold the top down. There is a drawer in the middle with a drop brass pull
and carving on the face. The base features two open mouthed standing winged
griffins with claw feet. The back has carvings around the edges. This is a
very solid and stylish example of Pabst work!
