Description: Fantastic Rosewood Credenza in a narrow size with a gorgeous porcelain center
Sevres type plaque and exquisitely inlaid on all three sides. The top is dramatically shaped with the
perimeter outlined in the original thick brass ormolu trim. The porcelain plaque is trimmed in gold
and turquoise and depicts a man and woman in period clothes reclining on a hillside. The two
original gilt patinated busts on either side top stile show a regal woman with a tiger headdress and
draped clothing with a butterfly collar. The shaped center door is amazing with inlay of a mask face, an aladdin lantern that shows a hint of smoke, a beautifully rendered urn, musical instruments, flowers and leaves (see photo). The birdseye maple interior is in mint original condition. The concave
sides are decorated with more musical instruments and more wonderful inlay from top to bottom
