Description: Super Aesthetic Victorian brass stand with hand painted tile insert and painted porcelain cylindrical center column. The openwork top features a scarab in each corner. The inset tile is signed on the underside (see two accompanying photos). It is painted with a tranquil forest and pond scene. There are some very minor specks of paint missing in the design. It has a floral and butterfly painted center. The brass structure has an intricate design that even includes snakes crawling up the posts. There are little claw feet on the bottom feet.
