Description: Stunning walnut Victorian stand in the Modern Gothic Victorian style. The top features musical instruments and flowers inlaid in a ebonized rectangle. This is surrounded by line inlay with burl on the outer edge. The skirt has repeating inlay with carved corners. The base has inlay and extensive gilt filled incised carvings. There are some small dabs of red original polychrome paint in some of the center points and a liberal use of black accents. This decoration was is often used by Killian Brothers, New York City. This is a fine quality table with great style! Circa: 1870 Dimensions: 29"H x 24"W x 17"D Finish: Excellent French polished original finish. Some of the gilt has been touched up. Price: $3950.00
