Description: Wonderful Burmese or Chinese heavily carved Victorian teak
plant stand. The interior of the top has been hollowed out for a vase of
flowers or ferns. This entire piece is completely carved with flowers,
leaves and an alligator in the base. It rests on four claw feet. When
tipped up you can see the how the bottom of this pedestal was carved out
(see photo). There are some minor chips in the carvings. We specialize in
American made pieces but this was too good to ignore!
