Description: Lovely Renaissance Revival walnut Victorian card stand. The
dish shaped top has an inset bronze plaque with a very intricate Roman court
scene featuring a cherub, birds, lizards, buildings and numerous people in
various state of dress. The outer rim of the top has a carved Greek key
design. The skirt and legs all have incised carvings. There is a large
carved center column. One of the legs has been professionally repaired. A
stunning Victorian stand!
