Description: Awesome pair of solid bronze Aesthetic Victorian pedestals.
They feature a very intricate open work design. The tops have a hole in the
middle and a threaded bolt can be raised up. My guess is that this was used
to bolt a sculpture or lamp of some sort in place. There are claw feet on
the base. These fine quality pedestals are extremely heavy - weighing over
one hundred pounds each. A magnificent pair!
