Description: Beautiful regal solid quartered oak Victorian armchair. The top has a fabulous intricately carved crest with turned finials above heads on each side. There are carved lion heads at the end of each arm. The side posts and legs are rope turned. The curved cross stretchers in the bottom have a carved finial in the middle. A half rope molding surrounds the seat. The chair has the original worn fabric on the back and the cushion seat is removable. A wonderful armchair!
