Description: Great Victorian gas six arm crystal chandelier. The six
shades are clear cut into an acid finish. There are different sizes with
three very slightly smaller ones. Six strands of cut prisms and
jewels hang from the top of the fixture to each arm. The top of the stem
has an acid etched cut surround at the top and a cut tube at the bottom.
Original cut prisms dangle from each of the fonts, base, and center stem.
There is a large cut jewel in the middle of the base. The gas valves
originally had a cut glass knob but most of them are now missing. This lamp
has been electrified. A spectacular example of period Victorian
lighting!
