Description: A most unusual Renaissance Revival walnut Victorian chest and wardrobe combination. The base has three drawers with burled fronts, carved knob pulls, and fancy carved key escutcheons. The top portion has a mirrored door that swings out to reveal a wardrobe cabinet with hooks and hangers. Around the door is a burled frame and fancy deep moldings. There are carved rosettes on the four corners of the door. The cut corners of both the base and top have raised burl and carved decoration. A half marble is in the middle. The top crest is not original to this piece but is old and probably very close to what was once there. This is a most unusual and usable piece!
