Description: Magnificent solid rosewood Rococo Victorian etagere. It has
extensive carvings over the entire flowing shape of the frame including a
wonderful open carved crest. There are four mirrors and three shelves with
fancy carved supports on each side of the original central mirror. The base
has a serpentine shaped front drawer with knob pulls and applied carvings.
The interior of the drawer is satinwood. A gorgeous original fossilized
marble sets on the base. This marble has been professionally repaired.
This is an etagere that would complement a top of the line rosewood parlor
suite of the period!
