Description: Beautiful Portrait Charger in a heavy china ware showing a lovely semi nude woman with flowers in her hair. The image appears to be a decal and the painting of the flowers and garment is raised. It has a deep cobalt blue perimeter decorated with gold and white enamel. On the back there are holes for hanging and it is signed "Royal LaBelle, Wheeling Potteries Co." The plate has tiny age lines, slight wear to the gold, and crazing indicative of its age.
