Description: Walnut Eastlake period Victorian ladies cylinder secretary.
It has a fancy two step gallery with shelf that features burled panels, applied, and incised carvings. The recessed barrel roll, bottom door and drawer panels are also burled. The cylinder and drawer have the original brass pulls. When the roll is lifted a two drawer seven cubby interior is revealed. The writing surface pulls out. It appears to have the original material on the surface. There is a shelf in the bottom cupboard. We don't get too many of these smaller size cylinder secretaries!
