Description: Great set of carved quartered oak dining room chairs including two with arms. The arched carved top crest features delicately carved lion's heads on each side. The back is framed by a fish scale carving. The front legs are turned with reeding in the center. The arm chairs feature carved lion's heads at the ends. The skirts have an applied carving. We had these chairs reupholstered in velvet. The legs end in carved claw feet. A fine set of formal oak dining chairs!
