Description: Wonderful cherry Victorian three part tailor's mirror. The
tops of each section have a lattice work and ball design. A series of sausage
turned moldings adorn the frames of the mirrors. The thick 1 1/4 inch beveled mirrors in all three sections have some loss to the
silver backing - typical of mirrors of this age. There are shaped rope
turned columns between the mirrors. Two way brass hinges attach the side
mirrors to the middle one allowing the user to pivot the side mirrors in
both directions. The unit rests on six carved claw feet with the original
brass castors. A lovely functional mirror of a most appealing design!
