Description: Impressive Ansonia "General" wall clock in original oak case. This clock has an original movement that includes a 17" dial with second hand. There are two weights that are suspended on either side from the top by pulleys. The dial is original with minor flaking. The brass pendulum bob has some minor dents. There is a metal "Ansonia Clock Co" center adjusting plaque just below the bob (see photo). The case has a rich original patina and has carvings on the top and sides of the dial.
