Description: Fabulous Renaissance Revival American made walnut clock with French movement. This stylish clock has a dish top finial on top. The case is elaborately embellished with burled veneers, applied buttons, lovely geometric inlays and original gilt incised carvings. The clock has an open escapement with a porcelain dial. We can't make a definite attribution but this piece was likely made by Herter Bros, NYC. It is the ultimate in style and quality!
