Description: Superb quality solid quartered oak china closet. It has a
raised center with a broken arch and a carved three dimensional head
in the
middle. A lovely band of applied carving is under the head. The
cabinet
has bowed glass on both sides and the front. The front glass bows up
in an
arc in the middle. The sides feature fluted columns with carved
capitals at
the top and carvings down the front. There is even a nice band of bowed
carving on the bottom of the front door. The cabinet has original glass
shelves and mirrored back. There are some minor chips in the shelves
and
the back mirrors have some normal cloudiness. This is a spectacular
cabinet
in excellent original condition!
