Description: Phenomenal carved Victorian mahogany two door china closet. A
deep intricate carved molding is underneath the top. Beneath that is a band
of fantastic carvings which include lion heads on the ends and an urn filled
with fruit in the middle. The two bowed glass doors have the same molding
around them. The side and front glasses have a deep beveled edge.
The sides have interesting figures with lion heads and a human
torso. The two key escutcheons have been replaced. There are some small
chips in the front of a couple of the shelves. These could be replaced if
desired. A top quality mahogany china closet in good original finish.
