Description: Sweet Victorian Walnut Child's Bed with open pierced carved crest and well carved child's head in a circular panel on the headboard. The bed has pretty shaped raised burl panels, fine carvings with tassels, and the original wide side rails with burl and open work on the top. (The finials and caps are replaced well and we did other minor repairs.) We attribute this rare little bed to Thomas Brooks, New York.
