Description: Fantastic large oak full size bed. The entire headboard and footboard are profusely decorated with fancy applied carvings. The center of each piece has a raised beveled quartered oak panel. The edge of the panels have the original grain paint that was used to disguise the end grain of the curved area. The headboard is two part to help with moving. The back supports have been replaced. The siderails have a return at each end. This is a very substantial bed in a beautiful design! SHOULD BE NOTED: That if the box spring is a tall boxspring - the width is only 53" since there is a smaller inner ridge on the siderails.
